Bundle 2 Biscuit Mixes and 2 Cornbread mixes — Sweet Mae's

Get ready for the most delicious biscuits & cornbread you’ve eaten in your life. We use South Carolina certified flour to make our biscuit mix. You just add 1/2 cup of your favorite pimento cheese & then follow the super easy directions. Get ready to bake Southern buttermilk biscuits and bring a taste of Charleston into your own home!

Your cornbread is a pound of SC cornmeal. This is some of the most delicious cornbread you’ve ever tasted. You add your favorite 1 cup of pimento cheese to the mix, follow the directions and enjoy!

With a generational Southern Alabama biscuit recipe right in each bag, you simply mix in your pimento cheese and water, and spoon drop your biscuit dough onto your baking pan, or cut each biscuit with a biscuit cutter (or glass if you need to). Place on a baking pan or cast iron skillet and enjoy!

I recommend baking our products in a cast iron skillet, just like my Mama and Grandmother did. You’ll have the BEST southern fluffy biscuit or cornbread with a crunchy buttery bottom crust, and a fluffy center. I serve this center of the table in my cast iron skillet, with a large pat of butter, drizzled with honey and a large dollop of strawberry jelly. You’ll thank me later!

Each .75 pound bag of biscuit mix makes 8 to 10 biscuits, depending on the size you cut your biscuits. I like to pat the dough to about an inch thick, and bake.
